Our vision is being achieved through facilitating international internships, volunteering membership experiences and providing global learning environment.

We are the world’s largest student-run organization. Active in over 1800 universities across more than 120 countries and territories, our international platform enables young people to explore and develop their leadership potential for them to have a positive impact in society.

We have been developing high-potential students into globally minded responsible leaders for over 65 years.

AIESEC Barbados is local branch of the world's largest student-run organization and the only AIESEC office in the Eastern Caribbean.

We have been established just recently, in 2013, with aim to provide local youth practical leadership experience through simple principle of "learning by doing", offer them the opportunity to go for professional or volunteering interships and therefore develop globally minded leaders, who not only understand what their Barbadian or even Caribbean community needs, but have the skills and experience to drive the change.
