Application
Application, which you can fill in right here, is valuable part of a selection process. It serves as prescreening of candidates and in next 4 days from submitting you will be contacted via email if you will join us for interview or not.

Be current university student (faculty or field of study does not matter)

Be able and willing to devote at least 10h per week to AIESEC work and activities ( individual work + work in a team + team meetings)

Participate on our Preparation Seminar on 15th of February (whole day)

Interview
Interview takes from 30-60 minutes and we will be asking you about your motivation to join AIESEC, expectations and preferences you mentioned in application. Another part of interivew will be behavioral questions helping us to evaluate your competencies based on our Global Competency Model.
3.
Results & Seminar
Results will be announced to you via email or telephone by Feb 9th. If you are selected, you will join our Preparation Seminar to learn more about AIESEC, our internal process and your functional area.
Seminar is on 15th February (Saturday) and is obligatory. Please reserve a whole day for it!
